School-day hours with student dismissal at 2:30 M, T, Th, F and 12:30 Wed. No nights or weekends! Paid time off (PTO) accrues for both full-time and part-time staff. Ensure safe and engaging learning environments, providing consistent supervision, being alert to safety concerns, and responding quickly and calmly to ensure the safety of all. Collaborate in classroom planning and activities. Document and track student progress. Build and maintain professional relationships with both parents and colleagues. Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma. Experience with young children and/or children with diverse abilities Sensitivity and understanding in diverse settings Confidentiality and discretion Independent and team-oriented work ethic High motivation and enthusiasm Effective verbal communication Physical Requirements Frequent movement throughout the school building, including classrooms and playground areas. Occasional lifting, carrying, or moving of materials and equipment up to 25 pounds. Ability to engage in floor-level and outdoor interactions with young children. Sufficient vision and hearing to observe, communicate, and maintain safety within a classroom and community setting. Capacity to manage occasional high-stress situations calmly and professionally, including crisis intervention or emergency response. Requirements

High school diploma.
