About The Position

Amazing Athletes & Soccer Stars is expanding, and we’re looking for energetic, positive, reliable coaches who love working with kids ages 2–10. No experience? No problem — we train you and give you a clear growth path. This position is perfect for anyone who is looking for a light schedule (5-10 hours per week), has lots of energy and is great with kids! Our coaches typically work anywhere from 2-4 thirty minute classes per morning. Minimum 2 classes per location.

Requirements

• Outgoing, energetic, and enjoy working with kids
• Dependable & professional
• Comfortable leading small groups
• Able to reliably travel between schools
• A great communicator
• Seeking a flexible part-time schedule
• Must be great with kids
• Must pass PA clearances (FBI fingerprint, Child Abuse, State Police)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift 25–40 lbs of equipment
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Must be energetic, positive, and coachable

Nice To Haves

• Experience in coaching, child care, sports, or teaching is a plus

Responsibilities

• Teach 25-30 minute classes at preschools and recreation centers
• Run fun, structured activities that build motor skills & confidence
• Follow our age-appropriate Amazing Athletes curriculum
• Set up/clean up light equipment (provided)
• Communicate clearly with parents and school staff
• Provide a safe, engaging, high-energy environment
