Requirements
- A minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units (please include transcripts)
- A big, loud, fun personality – kids need to hear you and love you!
- Experience working with children ages 2–5 (or a passion to learn!)
- Ability to bring our curriculum to life using your voice, movement, and positive energy
- Willingness to travel to local partner schools (we help with scheduling and planning)
- Own your own reliable transportation and have a valid driver’s license
- Vaccination documentation required: TB test, MMR, and Tdap
- Must pass a background check before employment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Show up 20 minutes early , prepared, and enthusiastic
Responsibilities
- Engage and inspire a group of wiggly preschoolers
- Keep kids safe, smiling, and moving
- Communicate clearly with parents, school staff, and our Soccer Shots team
- Commit to ongoing training and growth
