About The Position

Cadence Academy Preschool is seeking a passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to lead a classroom of curious little minds. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
• Flexible and ready to work during business hours.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.
• Previous experience as a preschool lead teacher.
• Classroom management skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, engaging environment that sparks curiosity and fosters growth for every child.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to deliver a dynamic, developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Celebrate daily milestones and share updates with parents to keep them connected.
• Guide play with toys, language, and activities, balancing safety with exploration.

• Design a daily schedule with a mix of quiet moments, active play, and motor adventures.
