About The Position
We are a growing network of faith-based preschools that have recently expanded to include 3-5 locations in the Charleston, SC area. Our mission is to nurture and inspire young minds through faith-based learning, creating a safe and loving environment where children thrive. We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to provide leadership, operational excellence, and spiritual guidance across our centers. The Regional Director will collaborate closely with the COO and Vice President of Operations to ensure smooth operations, maintain compliance with state regulations, and foster a nurturing environment aligned with our faith-based mission. This role involves managing and developing Center Directors, ensuring high-quality educational programs, and maintaining strong relationships with families and the community.
