As a Principal at Merryhill Preschool, you will set the tone for a nurturing, inspiring, and academically rigorous environment where children, staff, and families thrive. We are seeking a compassionate and visionary leader for this purpose-driven role at the heart of our school community. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through leadership and operational excellence: Leadership & Operations: Lead a dedicated team of educators to ensure a thriving school culture, operational excellence, and strong staff performance. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with state licensing standards and maintain high-quality program delivery. Community & Growth: Drive enrollment growth and foster meaningful partnerships with families and the community. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, educational leadership, business administration, or related field preferred OR combination of equivalent experience and education.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in education administration, operational leadership, or business management in an early childhood setting.
  • Appropriate state-required licensing credentials to confidently lead a childcare or preschool center.
  • Knowledge of state licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families, staff, and the community.
  • Ability to inspire with a track record of developing and growing educators in an early education environment.
