About The Position

Elite Dance Academy is looking for a very special kind of dance teacher — a true early childhood specialist who lights up when teaching our youngest dancers and understands that preschool and PreK dance is both an art and a science. This role is for the “baby whisperers.” The teachers who instinctively know how to connect with little humans, guide them with warmth and structure, and create magical, developmentally appropriate dance experiences that build confidence, joy, and a lifelong love of movement. We are seeking experienced, high-caliber educators who are deeply passionate about early childhood dance and who see this age group not as a stepping stone — but as a meaningful place to shine. This position also offers future growth opportunities , including the potential to step into a Preschool Dance Program Leader role as our program continues to expand. Requirements

Previous experience teaching preschool and/or early childhood dance classes
Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate movement for young children
Up-to-date knowledge of early childhood teaching practices and dance fundamentals
Ability to lead a classroom independently with confidence and care
Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic

Nice To Haves

Dance background preferred (ballet, jazz, creative movement, or early childhood dance training)
