About The Position

Under the direction of classroom teacher, provide academic assistance to students with learning disabilities.

Requirements

• Associates degree from an accredited college or university, OR
• 48 credits from an accredited college or university, OR
• Passing score on the ParaPro Praxis exam (minimum score 456)
• Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred
• Ability to take direction and work cooperatively with other educational professionals

Responsibilities

• Provide academic assistance to students with learning disabilities under the direction of the classroom teacher.
