About The Position
The YMCA of Northern Colorado Inspire Preschool is seeking high-energy full-time Lead Teachers who are passionate about teaching young children aged 2.5 to 6 years. This role involves supporting and implementing the program curriculum while fostering a clean, safe, and friendly environment for children and their families. Lead Teachers will serve as role models and are expected to build positive relationships with children and parents, contributing to a supportive and respectful work environment.
