Curriculum that makes learning fun Build strong, positive relationships with children and families Communicate daily with parents about learning milestones and classroom activities Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain high-quality standards and meet licensing requirements The Learning Experience At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow. Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. Requirements

Passion for working with children and helping them grow
6 months to 1 year of professional childcare or preschool teaching experience
High school diploma/GED required
Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in ECE preferred
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available)
