About The Position

The Learning Experience – Littleton is hiring a committed and enthusiastic Lead Preschool Teacher to support our growing preschool program. Our center offers an engaging, child-centered environment where children ages 2.5–4 develop confidence, curiosity, and early academic skills through play-based learning. We are looking for an ECE-certified educator who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and fostering strong classroom communities.

Requirements

ECE certification required for a Lead Preschool Teacher role.
Minimum 6 months of classroom experience (1+ year preferred).
Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) .
Must meet all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements .

Nice To Haves

CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a preschool classroom and support assistant teachers with guidance and daily collaboration.
Establish a warm, structured, and developmentally appropriate learning space for all children.
Deliver The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum , promoting social-emotional growth, early literacy, math readiness, and creative expression.
Maintain strong communication with families, sharing updates and developmental progress.
Work closely with center leadership to uphold quality standards and support enrollment goals.
