About The Position

The Learning Experience – Billerica is hiring a dedicated Early Childhood Education Teacher to support our preschool classroom. Requirements

• EEC Preschool Teacher certification (or ability to meet MA requirements)
• At least 1 year of experience in a preschool or daycare setting
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices

Nice To Haves

• Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate preschool classroom
• Deliver play-based lessons using The Learning Experience curriculum
• Support children’s social, emotional, and early academic growth
• Communicate regularly with families about daily activities and progress
• Work collaboratively with teaching teams and center leadership
• Maintain classroom standards aligned with Massachusetts EEC regulations
