Requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
- At least 6 months of experience in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting (1+ year preferred)
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Lead a preschool classroom for children ages 3–5 in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Implement our play-based L.E.A.P. Curriculum to support early literacy, math, social skills, and creativity
- Foster positive behavior, independence, and school readiness skills
- Communicate daily with families about learning, routines, and progress
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets Massachusetts EEC and safety standards
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to maintain high-quality programming
