Requirements

Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or a related field preferred.
EEC certification or ability to meet Massachusetts Preschool Teacher qualifications required.
1+ year of experience in a preschool or daycare setting.
Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

Lead and manage your preschool classroom, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment.
Implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
Build strong relationships with families and communicate regularly about children’s progress.
Partner with center leadership to support enrollment, family engagement, and program quality.
Collaborate with co-teachers to maintain classroom consistency and excellence.
