About The Position

Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote exploration, early literacy, and critical thinking. Encourage independence and collaboration through hands-on, play-based learning. Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families. Partner with fellow teachers and school leaders to create a warm, inclusive classroom environment. Support the school community through teamwork, creativity, and a shared passion for excellence.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have an awarded High School Diploma or GED and one of the following:
• Awarded CDA or FCCPC in Preschool
• Awarded associate degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
• Completed required 45 DCF Hours
• 6 months previous experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a nurturing, enthusiastic personality.
• Authorization to work in the United States
