Requirements

• TECE 1 & 2 or CDA credential (required)
• 1+ year experience in a licensed childcare setting
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and relationship-building skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and ready to lead

• Execute daily lesson plans and create a safe, fun, structured classroom
• Track child progress and communicate with parents and staff
• Inspire, guide, and collaborate with your teaching team
