About The Position

The Learning Experience of Middletown is seeking an experienced, structured, and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our growing center. As enrollment continues to increase, we are looking for a serious early childhood professional who understands that the preschool years are foundational for kindergarten readiness, independence, and long-term academic success. This is not a babysitting role. This is a leadership position within a structured early learning environment. We are seeking someone who understands daycare operations, values routine and classroom management, and thrives under clear expectations and strong leadership. Preschool teachers play a critical role in preparing children for their next academic step. We are looking for someone who takes that responsibility seriously. We are building a team of educators who are serious about early childhood education and committed to maintaining high standards. If you are passionate about preparing children for kindergarten, value structure and professionalism, and want to be part of a center focused on growth and quality, we encourage you to apply. At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow. Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff. At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
