The Intensive Behavior Intervention Specialist will lead the classroom team responsible to deliver instructional services to the students in an alternative setting in a manner that is compatible with students' learning and achievement. They will provide academic, social and behavioral supports to students whose significant social, emotional, and behavioral challenges severely impede their educational progress. They will create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), instructional strategies, and therapeutic supports to help students achieve success in the least restrictive environment.
