The Learning Experience in Germantown is seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Floater Teacher to support our classrooms and team. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff. At TLE, we've created a full cast of characters that become our little learners' educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
Requirements
- Must have credentials documented in TNPAL (Tennessee Professional Archive of Learning) and meet Tennessee childcare training standards.
- Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool preferred
- Flexible, dependable, and eager to support multiple classrooms
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive
Nice To Haves
- Infant/Toddler Certification or related coursework is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide classroom support across all age groups, from infants to preschool
- Assist lead teachers with daily routines, activities, and supervision
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for every child
- Support learning and play experiences aligned with TLE's award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and joyful center environment
- Communicate positively with staff and families to ensure consistency and care
