About The Position

What You’ll Do: Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote exploration, early literacy, and critical thinking. Encourage independence and collaboration through hands-on, play-based learning. Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families. Partner with fellow teachers and school leaders to create a warm, inclusive classroom environment. Support the school community through teamwork, creativity, and a shared passion for excellence.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have an awarded High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Completed State required 45-Hour DCF training preferred.
