About The Position
Preschool Educational Assistant - District Program Work Schedule: 7 hours per day 5 days per week 185 days per year 10 month position Requirements: Support the classroom teacher with daily instructional activities Assist students during whole-group, small-group, and individualized learning Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment Provide support with classroom materials, centers, and learning tasks Assist students during transitions, snacks, and recess Foster positive relationships with students and encourage appropriate behaviors Collaborate with instructional and administrative staff to promote the success of all early learners Bilingual (a plus) 60 college credits (a plus) Educational assistant (or similar experience) - a plus HS diploma required Effective: 2025-2026 School Year Salary: As per salary guide based on experience and earned degree level Minimum $27,873- maximum $40,653 Benefits: In addition to the base salary, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package: including medical/vision, prescription and dental insurance, and paid time off.
