About The Position

The Preschool Disabled Paraprofessional will provide support to special education students at McKinley Kindergarten Center. This role is essential in assisting teachers and ensuring that students with disabilities receive the necessary support to thrive in their educational environment.

Requirements

• 48 college credits or passed ParaPro Assessment Test.

Responsibilities

• Assist special education teachers in implementing educational programs for students with disabilities.
• Support students in their daily activities and help them with personal care as needed.
• Monitor student progress and report any concerns to the supervising teacher.
• Facilitate communication between students and teachers.
• Participate in professional development and training sessions.
