Now we are seeking a Director who is: Ambitious and career-driven Business-minded and operationally sharp to run and operate a competitive business Exceptionally well-spoken and professional Competitive by nature Relentlessly committed to learning and growth Capable of building strong culture and strong people The Outcomes This Leader Must Produce A Fully Staffed, High-Performing School Hire qualified faculty while adhering to all HR regulations Ensure full onboarding completion (administrative, compliance, cultural) Produce faculty who feel welcomed, oriented, and supported Launch employees who understand and uphold our standards Lead ethical and generous HR processes (leaves, PFML, FMLA, terminations) Maintain 100% compliance in faculty files This role requires comfort with difficult conversations, clear standards, and accountability.
