Requirements
- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
- Knowledge of cost and food ordering systems
- Passion for food and cooking
- Strong leadership qualities
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Create monthly menu items
- Work with management to create a well-balanced menu that meets state requirements
