Requirements
- Shows empathy and compassion for young children
- Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working together toward a common goal
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
- For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
Responsibilities
- No direct cooking - preparing healthy morning and afternoon snacks and catered/heated lunch distribution only
- Maintaining kitchen in accordance with Ohio Dept Health guidelines
- Be part of a team of 3 other full time resource teachers who support classrooms as need for breaks, planning time, etc.
- Working with the classroom teachers and in conjunction with the entire faculty
