About The Position

We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool Co - Center Director. At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow. Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff. At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. Requirements

Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).
Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees.
Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.
Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning.
Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.
Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations.
Manage accounts receivable and payable, generate monthly P&L reports, and oversee employee payroll.
Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program.
Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
