About The Position

We need a Full-Time Child Care Partner to work independently and as part of a team to care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers aged 6 weeks to five years! Requirements

• Must pass Drug Test (not including THC)
• Must Pass Background Check
• Must provide references
• Must be available Monday through Friday
• Meet annual professional development requirements, per Nevada Licensing
• Willing to work with ages from 6 weeks to 5 years
• Caring individual who gets to know children by name
• Dedicated to local community
• Helping the team is a priority
• Great speaking and customer service skills to communicate effectively with parents
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Extended periods of time sitting on the floor

Nice To Haves

• High school or GED (Preferred)
• Early Childhood Education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and loving environment for the children in your care
• Check children in and out
• Give bottles to infants
• Feed solid foods as age appropriate
• Change diapers as needed
• Soothe infants by singing to and cuddling them
• Supervise infants on the floor as they play with age appropriate toys
• Play with toddlers and preschoolers
• Lead toddler and preschooler activities
• Put infants in cribs for nap time
• Ensure play, sleep and changing areas are kept clean
• Clean toys at end of day
