About The Position
Jupiter Learning Academy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Center Director to lead our vibrant preschool community. This role is pivotal in nurturing every child's unique potential in a safe, secure, and loving environment. The Preschool Director will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our program focuses on building character, self-confidence, and school readiness through a blend of traditional learning and hands-on experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood development and experience in school management, which will be essential in fostering a positive and professional workplace culture among staff and ensuring exceptional childcare for our students. In this position, the Preschool Director will be responsible for collaborating with school leadership to manage staff recruitment and development, property maintenance, marketing and communication, and financial management. The director will also build relationships with key stakeholders, including parents and the community, to ensure that the preschool meets the needs of all children and families. The role requires a commitment to maintaining high-quality resources and training for staff, ensuring that the success of each child is the top priority. The Preschool Director will lead and manage daily preschool operations, develop and implement policies and curricula that meet state requirements, and ensure that the property is well-maintained and inviting. Financial oversight, including budget preparation and fiscal responsibility, is also a critical aspect of this role. The director will maintain an engaging online presence through effective website management and social media, schedule compliance training for staff, and organize fundraising events to support preschool programs. Additionally, the director will coordinate ongoing professional development opportunities for teachers and supervise the planning of nutritious meals to support children's health and well-being.
