About The Position

We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool Center Assistant Director. The role will be focused on curriculum and administrative duties.

Requirements

  • At least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).
  • Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role (preferred).
  • Hold an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Main focus will be curriculum in the classrooms, supporting teachers, and administrative duties.
  • Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees.
  • Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.
  • Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
  • Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
  • Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning.
  • Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and marketing with local agencies.
  • Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program.
  • Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
