What you’ll do: Point of contact for Preschool programming from ages 2-3 or 4-5 at the Rockwall Campus Shepherd families, staff, and volunteers Build strong volunteer teams Provide pastoral care and support to children, their families, and ministry volunteers Recruit and communicate weekly with volunteers Oversee the implementation of safety policies and procedures to ensure that all children are provided with a safe and secure environment Participate & lead in campus-wide initiatives Participate & lead in LP Kids events throughout the year
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in children's ministry as a volunteer or staff member preferred
- Knowledge of child development and an understanding of child safety policies and procedures preferred
- Previous recruiting experience preferred

Responsibilities
