About The Position
First Years Preschool is a Christ-centered, part-time program seeking a caring and dependable Instructional Assistant to support teachers and students in a nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Committed Christian with positive values
- High school diploma (required)
- Energetic and able to engage with young children
- Willing to complete DCF training and background screening
Nice To Haves
- childcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with classroom activities and routines
- Support children individually or in small groups
- Help maintain a safe, Christ-centered environment
- Supervise students (classroom/playground)
- Assist with arrival/dismissal and classroom organization
- Attend meetings and trainings
