Requirements

  • Member of a local Christian church.
  • Experience working with children.
  • Ability to lift 45 pounds and meet physical requirements of the job.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain CPR, first aid, and AED certification.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate school activities, events, and programs.
  • Communicate with the team regarding planned events.
  • Assist with daily classroom coverage as needed.
  • Schedule and conduct tours of the Preschool.
  • Oversee daily set-up schedule and utilize classroom volunteers for events.
  • Inspect all environments for safety and plan emergency drills.
  • Monitor preschool doors for access and maintain health records.
  • Facilitate teacher training for allergies and medication administration.
  • Answer phones and emails, monitor enrollment wait lists, and assist with enrollment processes.
  • Ensure timely and clear communication with families and oversee inventory of classroom supplies.
  • Schedule new staff training and support onboarding processes.
  • Maintain substitute calendar and assist in hiring and training staff.
  • Oversee social media accounts and post updates.
