Requirements

Teachers ($21-25 per hour DOE) CDA or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
6–12 months relevant classroom experience
Infant/Toddler Caregivers ($19-21 per hour DOE) High school diploma
Infant/Toddler training (We can provide all required training)
12–24 months experience with children under 36 months
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate).

Responsibilities

Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for Infants & toddlers or preschool‑aged children.
Support social, emotional, language, and early academic development through play‑based, developmentally appropriate learning.
Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families to support each child’s growth.
Bring creativity, patience, and enthusiasm to a collaborative, child‑centered school culture.
