Ewa Beach / Kapolei Area $500 New Hire Bonus • Flexible / On-Call Pay & Growth Opportunity Pay: $17–$18.50 per hour Grow with Us: This is a great entry point into early childhood education. We’ll support you in earning your CDA (Child Development Associate)—at no cost to you—and help you grow into a Preschool Teacher role, where you can earn $19–$25 per hour. What You’ll Do As a substitute Preschool Aide, you’ll support different classrooms as needed—helping maintain consistency and care when regular staff are out. Your day may include: Assisting with activities like art, music, and outdoor play Supporting daily routines (snack time, transitions, clean-up) Helping children feel safe, engaged, and included Stepping into classrooms to support teachers and maintain a positive environment Every day may look a little different—and that flexibility is part of the role! Requirements
