About The Position

This position is a full-time role requiring 40 hours a week, focused on supporting the administrative team in a childcare facility. The staff member will be responsible for managing phone communications, assisting with paperwork, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information. The role also involves nurturing leads through tours and managing the enrollment process for new children in the preschool. The candidate will collaborate with teachers and administrators to align the enrollment process with classroom capacity and regulatory standards. The position requires a willingness to work a 9-6 schedule and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
