Preschool Assistant (ABA Therapist)
About The Position
Bounce Therapy is seeking dedicated Preschool ABA Therapists (Preschool Teachers/Assistants encouraged to apply) to join their growing team at their Bounce ABA Preschool Center in Vermont. The company's BCBAs provide excellent training and an unparalleled work environment. This is a long-term, full-time position, not seasonal or summer. Full-time hours are 8:15 AM-3:45 PM, with a negotiable hourly rate of $22-24 based on experience. Bounce ABA Therapy provides exceptional therapy services to children on the autism spectrum, focusing on small steps that lead to big change and maximizing each child's potential for independence, happiness, and success.
Requirements
- Access to reliable transportation
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to protect confidential information
Nice To Haves
- RBT Certification a plus but not required
- Some professional experience supporting children is preferred
Responsibilities
- Implement 1:1 ABA therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum. Services are supervised by a BCBA
- Collect data and record it accurately daily
- Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff
- Be punctual, professional, and courteous!
