About The Position

The CE & Power Platform Presales Solution Architect is responsible for shaping, architecting, and articulating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions during the presales lifecycle. This role leads discovery, solution design, estimation, and value articulation to ensure opportunities are positioned accurately, credibly, and in a way that sets delivery up for success. The role serves as a trusted solution authority across CE workloads and Power Platform extensibility, automation, and low-code capabilities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles focused on Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE workloads and Power Platform capabilities, including extensibility patterns.
  • Proven ability to lead discovery, design solutions, and present confidently to senior business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience producing ROMs and estimates that account for both CE configuration and Power Platform development.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal day-to-day management while collaborating effectively across sales, delivery, and strategy teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Ability to explain technical details to clients.
  • Product Demonstration: Proficiency in demonstrating product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Team collaboration Support: Ability to collaborate with other teams (mainly the sales team to help close deals and meet sales targets)
  • Solution Design: Ability to design and propose customized solutions based on client requirements and available products.
  • Presentation Skills: Deliver engaging presentations to clients, effectively conveying the value of the Argano's offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Good to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Multitask: Ability to prioritize multiple pre-sales engagements at a time

Nice To Haves

  • Deep expertise in one or more CE workloads (Customer Service, Field Service, or Sales).
  • Strong Power Platform background, including: Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) Power Automate Power BI Copilot Studio (desirable)
  • Familiarity with Power Platform governance, ALM, and licensing considerations.
  • Experience with a global systems integrator or top-tier consulting firm.
  • Exposure to AI- and Copilot-enabled CE scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Lead structured discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes across Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights) and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio).
  • Design end-to-end solution architectures that combine CE capabilities with Power Platform extensibility, workflow automation, and integration patterns.
  • Act as solution authority during presales, ensuring proposed approaches are realistic, scalable, and aligned to client maturity, governance, and technical constraints.
  • Design and deliver tailored, scenario-based demonstrations that showcase CE + Power Platform working together, focusing on outcomes rather than features.
  • Build demo scenarios that include: Power Apps extensions to CE Process automation using Power Automate Embedded insights via Power BI Low-code / Copilot-enabled experiences where appropriate
  • Confidently present to business and executive audiences, clearly connecting platform capabilities to measurable business value.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery leaders, and DSEs to produce credible ROMs and solution estimates spanning CE configuration, Power Platform build, integrations, and data.
  • Identify assumptions, risks, dependencies, and governance considerations related to Power Platform usage (e.g., environment strategy, ALM, security, licensing).
  • Provide technical and functional input into proposals, SOWs, and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
  • Ensure presales outputs (scope, estimates, solution approach) are delivery-ready and support a clean handoff post-signature.
  • Balance speed with rigor, ensuring Power Platform solutions are designed in a way that aligns with enterprise governance, supportability, and scalability expectations.
  • Contribute to the evolution of CE and Power Platform presales IP, including demo assets, solution patterns, accelerators, and reference architectures.
  • Share best practices related to low-code strategy, CE extensibility, and platform governance.
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives, including thought leadership, internal enablement, and client-facing events.
