We are seeking dynamic Pre-Sales Solutions Consultants with prior experience in CRM, digital marketing, and loyalty programs, who can deliver compelling solution demonstrations and clearly articulate the business value and benefits of loyalty solutions to clients. This is a high-impact, customer-facing individual contributor role that works closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive large enterprise deals across various industries. You’ll support sales cycles by: Learning the GRAVTY platform Delivering engaging demos tailored to each prospect Discover client needs and pain points and translating those into relevant use cases and configurations in the product Establish preference for our solutions with customers This is an ideal role for someone with 3+ years of experience in solution presales who has strong communication skills, high energy, and a genuine hunger to learn enterprise software and the loyalty space.
