The Presales Engineering Group is the technical lifeblood of the Sales Organization. Our engineers bring to life innovative communications solutions that make a difference in the moments that matter. A Presales Engineer partners closely with customers and the sales team, delivering customer-driven, world-class, leading-edge, end-to-end solutions that rise to the communications and situational awareness challenges that our customers face. Working within a team of sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources, the Presales Engineer is the overall owner of the solution's technical design, ensuring we meet our customers' needs. As an engineering intern, you will work closely within the engineering team to train on our products/solutions and work on active projects. The team concentrates on the following mission-critical communications technologies at various levels of complexity: Motorola's Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Products and Services Public safety grade voice and data networks Advanced mobile devices Public safety mobile broadband networks and devices Software applications for mission-critical intelligence

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
General knowledge of IT network and computer architecture
General knowledge of wireless communications fundamentals and voice/data architectures both
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
Must currently be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an anticipated graduation date during or after December 2026
