The Presales Engineer plays a key role in shaping the right technology solutions for our clients. In this client-facing role, you will partner closely with Account Managers to understand business needs, uncover technical requirements, and design solutions that fit both. You will lead discovery conversations, translate requirements into recommended architectures, and ensure a smooth handoff into delivery. If you enjoy solving business problems with technology and love the “pre-project” stage where ideas turn into real solutions this role is for you. Work within Ardham’s Presales Pod model to craft well-designed, feasible solutions partnering with the Account Manager, Implementation Engineer, and Project Manager to ensure clarity and alignment.
