The Presales Engineer is responsible for presenting sales solution demos and webinars to prospects and support the sales team in the lead discovery and qualification process. They may also be asked to represent RKL eSolutions at prospect tradeshows. Success Factors Responsibilities Maintain functional certifications of product knowledge, new enhancements and technology Prepare and maintain a demo system environment and present solutions via demonstrations Participate in lead discovery call and site survey activities to uncover business challenges and opportunities for innovation as needed Provide proof of concept demos per the agenda and critical requirements Develop and nurture relationships with prospects and demonstrate excellent customer service Assist with post sale customer care engagements as needed Other duties as assigned People Management/Relationships Take initiative to be a team player (seeks out opportunities to help others) Treat everyone with respect and develop loyalty and trust with team Successfully adapt to different personalities and working styles Proactively and effectively communicate information regarding status issues to team members Hold self accountable for assigned work; seek continuous feedback to learn and develop in role; is open to new ideas and suggestions
