About The Position

At The Learning Experience Brownsburg, our Prepper program bridges the gap between toddlerhood and preschool—building foundational skills through play, routine, and loving guidance. Requirements

• A high school diploma/GED (required)
• At least 6 months of professional teaching experience (preferred)
• A genuine love for children and a passion for early education
• Patience, creativity, and a warm, team-oriented spirit

Nice To Haves

• An associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and structured classroom where children feel secure and excited to learn.
• Encourage self-help skills like handwashing, clean-up routines, and early potty training with patience and positivity.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum using engaging characters and hands-on activities that make learning fun and meaningful.
• Observe and nurture each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth—celebrating milestones big and small.
• Maintain open, thoughtful communication with parents through daily updates, progress reports, and warm conversations.
• Work closely with fellow teachers to create a consistent, supportive environment across classrooms.
• Follow health and safety protocols while keeping the classroom clean, organized, and full of cheerful energy.
