About The Position

The Learning Experience in Elk Grove is hiring a dedicated Prepper Teacher to help our young learners transition from toddlerhood to the preschool stage. If you love supporting children as they build independence and confidence, this role is perfect for you. What You Will Do Create a warm, structured, and engaging environment for children ages 2 to 3 Support early social and emotional growth, communication skills, and emerging independence Guide children through routines including meals, transitions, toileting readiness, and learning activities Build strong relationships with families through consistent communication Implement TLE's award winning LEAP Curriculum Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom California Requirements Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements including a minimum of 12 ECE or Child Development units. Requirements

  • Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements including a minimum of 12 ECE or Child Development units. Verification required prior to hire
  • Experience working with toddlers or two year olds in childcare or early education
  • Positive, dependable, and attentive to detail and safety
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

Nice To Haves
