The ideal candidate works great on a team, has a strong work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced shop environment. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to stay organized and manage tasks efficiently
• Willingness to learn new technical skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with vehicle accessories – a plus
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools

Responsibilities

• Unpack & sort product for upcoming installs
• Pre-assemble parts for upcoming installs
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Break down cardboard and take out trash daily
• Maintain a clean and organized Prep Room
• Assist other technicians as needed
