About The Position

We are seeking a qualified Auto Body Refinish Prepper to join our team. This role involves preparing vehicles for refinishing to restore them to pre-accident condition, ensuring quality and adherence to insurance guidelines. Requirements

• Experience in auto body refinishing or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Nice To Haves

• I-Car certification or willingness to obtain.
• Previous experience in a collision repair facility.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation, vehicle masking, priming, and top coating.
• Apply all primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats.
• Complete restoration of anti-corrosion treatments, substrate identification, product mixing, and application.
• Evaluate bodywork to ensure a quality paint job will result.
• Thoroughly sand, mask, prime, and prepare each vehicle for refinishing.
