We are hiring for 1st and 2nd shifts at the prepared plant. The position involves leading, coaching, and training a team while providing professional development through ongoing coaching. Safety is of the utmost importance; you will be responsible for constantly promoting safety throughout the work area and with your team. You will ensure proper scheduling to run the production area and motivate, train, and help the team to optimize performance. Compliance with company policies and established food safety programs is essential. You will also work to optimize employee engagement through positive leadership and perform all other relevant duties related to the job of a supervisor.
