Employee will be responsible for inspecting, weighing all raw materials for each batch. Assemble/Disassemble equipment needed for ingredient preparation. Set up and calibrate scales. Inspect Ingredients for cleanliness, accuracy, integrity, allergens and ingredient label. Properly weigh and prepare ingredients according to SOP and batch sheets. Label v-mags and barrels with ingredients, weight, batch information. Complete batch sheets with weights and ingredient lot information. Additional responsibilities as instructed by Spice Room Lead, Production Line Lead or Production Supervisor. Adhere to plant GMPs and safety guidelines.
