About The Position
Job Description: Essential Functions: Electrical Examinations – Conduct Daily, Weekly, and Monthly electrical examinations in order to ensure the compliance and safety of Warrior Met Coal electrical equipment and installations. Document and record that such examinations and inspections were completed. Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance – Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and safety of Warrior Met Coal equipment and facilities. Electrical Installation – Install electrical components in order to support all installations and equipment in the production of coal. Electrical Troubleshooting – Must read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, and use test instruments in order to troubleshoot and repair electrical installations and equipment. Other duties as assigned by management. Warrior Met Coal is a leading producer and exporter of metallurgical coal for the global steel industry from underground mines located in Brookwood, Alabama, southwest of Birmingham and near Tuscaloosa. The company’s cost-efficient operations serve markets in the United States, Europe, Asia and South America via convenient barge and rail access to the Port of Mobile.
