Responsibilities

• Prep Ingredients with Care: Measure, chop, and prepare fresh ingredients, sauces, and components for daily menu items.
• Create Pastry Perfection: Assist in crafting La Madeleine’s signature pastries and baked goods with precision and consistency.
• Maintain Quality & Freshness: Inspect ingredients and finished items to ensure every dish meets our high standards.
• Follow Recipes & Standards: Adhere to portioning, presentation, and storage guidelines to guarantee consistency.
• Keep It Clean & Organized: Maintain a tidy prep and pastry area, properly sanitize tools, and follow all safety procedures.
• Support the Team: Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food preparation.
