About The Position

This entry-level role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands. You’ll prep parts for painting and powder coating and assist with disassembly of valves and other components. If you take pride in quality work and want to gain valuable experience in a production environment, this position is a great fit.

Requirements

• Entry-level position; prior experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to perform manual labor and handle repetitive tasks.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work Monday-Friday.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with powder coating is a plus and may lead to higher pay.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble valves and other parts as needed for painting or powder coating.
• Prepare parts for coating, including sandblasting, steam cleaning, taping, and other surface prep techniques.
• Assist in painting or powder coating operations as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
